Great read to help understand how different cultures influence the market conditions and what one can do to be aware of the different mindsets and tweak their own style to become a successful global brand.
This is a great book, l learned so much about the different ethnicity and their cultures. It's an easy read and very well written. I made my 13 yr old daughter read it as well. Highly recommend it...
Having grown up in a community where there is not a lot of cultural diversity this was a great read to help me understand ways to better communicate and relate to people of different ethnicity. Be Heard was a great read for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to expand their horizons, especially when it comes to marketing a service or good even to just understand different communities other than your own.
